Seller’s Guide

Selling your home in South Florida can be a scary and daunting task, but our team of experts is here to help! Follow our list of tips before putting your home on the market and inviting potential buyers into your home.

Make Your Front Door Inviting

The front of your home is the first thing people see! Clean up the front door area and maybe add a fresh coat of paint.

Enhance the Curb Appeal

Be sure to clean up weeds and, if possible, we recommend planting fresh flowers along the home to freshen up the look and make it as inviting as possible.

Eliminate Clutter

Eliminate as much clutter as possible. Unfortunately, most buyers have a hard time seeing through rooms full of “stuff” which can make your home appear a lot smaller than it actually is. Keep your home warm and inviting without it being too personal.

Organize Your Space

Organize closets and drawers as potential buyers will be sure to peak into all storage areas. They do not want to see a mess.

Improve the Lighting

Be sure to make sure all of the lightbulbs in your home are replaced and in working order so your house is light and bright when buyers walk in!

Clean Up After Pets

Pets are no doubt a part of our home but we can leave their messes behind! Make sure to clean up any toys and pet beds prior to showings.

Add Air Fresheners

If it smells clean, it feels clean! Be sure to invest in simple air fresheners throughout the home.

Think Model Home

When listing your home, try to mirror the look and feel of a brand new home you would preview in a community.
